Bodywork.

Healing begins when your body feels safe enough to let go.

We often carry stress, tension, and past experiences in our bodies without even realizing it. Over time, this can show up as stiffness, chronic pain, headaches, limited mobility, jaw discomfort, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

Our bodywork sessions are designed to gently release these patterns while supporting your body's natural ability to restore balance. Every treatment is personalized to your unique needs, creating space for relaxation, recovery, and renewed movement.

TMJ Therapy.

No two experiences with TMJ dysfunction are the same, which is why every treatment is tailored to your unique symptoms, history, and goals. Sara takes a whole-body approach that looks beyond the jaw, recognizing how posture, muscle tension, stress, and the nervous system all influence TMJ discomfort.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, she combines therapeutic treatment of the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders with gentle nervous system regulation techniques to help address the underlying patterns contributing to pain and tension.

Treatments may include intra-oral massage—performed safely and professionally with gloved hands—to release deep muscles involved in jaw dysfunction, improve mobility, and enhance overall results. Each session concludes with a calming scalp massage, leaving you feeling more relaxed, supported, and able to move through life with greater ease.

This treatment may help if you experience:

Teeth clenching or grinding (bruxism)

Clicking, popping, or locking of the jaw

Neck and shoulder tension

Thai Yoga Massage.

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique form of therapeutic bodywork that blends assisted stretching, rhythmic movement, acupressure, breathwork, and mindful touch to restore balance throughout the body.

Performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat, each session is tailored to your individual needs, helping to improve flexibility, release muscular tension, increase circulation, and encourage the body's natural healing processes. Rooted in centuries of traditional practice, Thai Yoga Massage supports not only physical mobility but also emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection between body and mind.

Rather than focusing on isolated areas of discomfort, Sara takes a whole-body approach, using gentle compression, stretching, rocking techniques, and supported yoga postures to address patterns of tension while creating space for relaxation and renewed movement. Every treatment is thoughtfully adapted to your comfort level, leaving you feeling lighter, more mobile, and deeply restored.

This treatment may help if you experience:

Muscle tension or stiffness

Limited flexibility or mobility

Back, neck, or shoulder discomfort

Stress and nervous system overwhelm
